Okay.. I thought it would be nice rock'n'roll jeans, so I draw stars on it an then I cut them off...But 
As you see there are no stars, or they are too fat Personally I will not wear there anywhere, but If it would be really visible stars - I would wear it on some rock concerts or on some parties. But now I can wear it on...Halloween I thought it would be easy, naaa... it is hard 
but still, i liked it and maybe once I will try to do it again and maybe once my stars will look like stars not like cupcakes or whatever
