Hope everyone is safe and sound at their places.
Today was my 19th day of marathon contest.. Going to end soon, just two more days to go. Today was Friday and it was spent good..
Woke up and had some morning exercises and before that , started the day with drinking water. Water is beneficial if it is taken before breakfast.
At lunch had simple meal with salads ( yeah again because we eat salads on daily basis, especially , at lunch and sometimes at dinner time ) .. Also, we have nearly cut out the fast food like burgers, nuggets and soft drinks..
Additionally, i cleanse , moisturize and hydrate my skin daily * task of the contest*
Moreover, done some squats at evening before shower (told you mini workouts ) .
Well, most challenges of the contest have been successfully fulfilled today.. (THUMBS UP)
