- #morningexercises - 30 squats, plank (1 min.), down-ward dog (1 min.);
- #eyesexcercises - done using video from day 11.
- #drinkwater - target 2 liters - left half;
- #non-carbonated drink- Milo.
- #meditate - done with prayers.
