According to a survey conducted by Kelly McGonigal, eight weeks of daily meditation practice led to increased self-consciousness in everyday life, improve attention and increase gray matter in the relevant areas of the brain.

"You do not need to meditate whole life - positive changes in the brain are observed after 8 weeks of practice." Meditation requires systematic.

Spent from 20min to 1 hour a day and the results will be soon. Many beginners in meditation say that they find it difficult to start to relax and get rid of thoughts. But after a few sessions thought in the mind will become more light and less and eventually, you will know how to control the mind for a certain period of time.
Here few advices:
  • Select a convenient time;
  • Choose a quiet place;
  • Sit comfortably;
  • Stomach should be relatively empty;
  • Start with a warm-up;
  • Keep a soft smile on your face.
