I have to admit I'm not too much a person of balance. If I work, I work to the max. If I rest, I rest to the max... I just don't know how to do it for the "medium" level, so as I go to work I try to give it all, all the time until I basically "burn out".
It's been a little more than half a year that I haven't had holidays and it doesn't seem that I am about to have any soon either. So naturally, I get tired (also, add gym and running besides my work) and yesterday was not an exception either. Feeling tired for the whole day I kept focusing on those lovely 4 days off that we are having now (thanks to Easter) and all I did was... go home, have a light dinner and go to sleep
So from now on you can officially call me a sleeping queen.

As I woke up, I repeated one of my favorite breakfasts that fuel me up for the whole day - oatmeal made on rice/coconut milk (50/50) along with dried berries and fresh persimmon. A cup of tea without sugar + a little bit of rice milk. Tasty and nourishing.

Day 9 achieved: lots and lots of sleep, exercises and reading an inspirational book.
